Terms and Conditions for Participation

1. The contest is open for married, widowed, single mother: open to all nationalities.
2. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age upon the competition year.
3. The Applicants should be natural-born Female.
4. The Applicant must be of good health and moral character.
5. The Applicant must have not been convicted of any criminal act.
6. Decision of Judges will be final and binding.
7. The applicants must behave in a manner befitting the title of “Mrs. Queen of India” followed by state-level. The Applicants will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given.
8. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during, or after the Event.
9. Participants must conduct themselves in a proper manner and portray high moral standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime or misconduct herself during the course of the entire contest.
10. Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
11. Entries received after the last date will not be accepted. The Organizers will not be responsible for entries that are lost or delayed in transit.
12. Entries received till the last date will be called for 1st Round of selection and the finalists will be selected out of them only.
13. The entries will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the result will be entertained.
14. In the event of any dispute, Organizers’ decisions are final and binding on the participant.
15. The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time by the Organizers and she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
16. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers, and the Candidates shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
17. The application processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
18. The fees paid towards Registration for Auditions or Digital Audition are non-refundable in any circumstances.
19. The fees paid towards Grooming/ Training is non refundable in any circumstances.
20. The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
21. The Audition round expenses (Travel and Stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
22. The Organizers have all the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, and amend the show.
23. The organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.

25. The organisers are not responsible if the sponsors do not give the prizes promised by them.
26. In the event of any dispute, the organisers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
27. Any dispute will be abide by Arbitration only and shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only.

Terms and Conditions for Contestant

1. Contestant must not be involved in any porn, nudity, any illegal activity, or any other adult activity, prohibited in the law of India, neither in past nor at present and during the tenure of the Competition, if contestant found doing such activity in the future she has to return the title, crown and sash immediately to MRS QUEEN OF INDIA “Company” may take any kind of legal actions against any such activity done by contestants, without any demur and protest from the contestants.
2. If selected as MRS QUEEN OF INDIA, the contestant will bear the crown for one year unless the next successor is selected or unless asked by the Company to return the crown, upon happening of any of the events mentioned in the afore-mentioned clause. Contestant must possess a moral character and should be of courteous and professional manner at all times during pageant.
3. MRS QUEEN OF INDIA and all the runner-ups must be under the contract of the Company for a minimum period of 3 years and will not have any right to start her own pageant neither directly nor through her spouse/family members, etc., or engage in helping another pageant or system, recruitment for any other pageant system without prior written consent from the Company.
4. Contestants may not engage the Judges in conversation prior to, or during the Competition. Contestants who are observed approaching a Judges by any means will be subject to immediate disqualification. Judges may be on the site of the Competition, but private conversations or contacting Judges by any means are strictly prohibited.
5. MRS QUEEN OF INDIA has the right to use the photographs, videos, and other material/details provided by the contestant for their promotional activities and future concern. The contestant shall never protest for such right nor shall claim any amount of compensation in respect of the said right granted to the Company.
6. MRS QUEEN OF INDIA will not be responsible for any monetary loss/damage to property or physical injury that occurs/caused to the contestant on account of their participation in the Competition and during the events organized by the Company. The contestants will participate in the Competition at their own risk & responsibility.
7. While participating in any Global Pageant contest, you hereby agree to release and hold Global Pageant (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your participation in the said contest.
8. If selected, the contestant must be available for appearances whenever required by the MRS QUEEN OF INDIA during any event. Contestants will be informed in advance of such appearances. The company will hold all the rights of MRS QUEEN OF INDIA Title. Contestants will not be entitled to use MRS QUEEN OF INDIA title and sash during any promotional activity other than MRS QUEEN OF INDIA.
9. There is a fee at entry-level and once selected, there will be a certain fee (Grooming and Training) to enter into the next levels also. Contestant agrees to duly pay the said fees for the second level as and when required by the Company. If the contestant fails to pay the said fees within the time period stipulated by the Company the contestant for the said Competition will be subject to cancellation as per the Company’s policy.
10. Fee once paid by the contestant for next level and so on will be non-refundable in any circumstances neither full nor partial fee will be refundable and Company has right to forfeit the amount, in case of cancellation of Competition, rejection, or withdrawal of the application of the contestant from the Competition or due to any other reason whatsoever.

General Terms for Offers and Promotions

1. Discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including applicable taxes. Issuance or redemption of a voucher or coupon will apply to the total value of the qualifying order once all promotional discounts have been applied. Final charges after applying coupons and vouchers will be inclusive of product charges as well as customization charges.
2. Only one credit note/gift coupon/coupon can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
3. Discount coupons may, from time to time, be offered to the account holders. Such coupons may only be applied to purchases made through the account to which the discount coupon was offered and registered.
4. We may, from time to time, offer promotional discount coupons which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through this Website.
5. Global Pageant shall introduce various offers, schemes, or contests at different times. The terms and conditions for such Contests shall be separately available on the Site.
6. Global Pageant reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes it introduces in the market from time to time. Global Pageant, at its discretion, can withdraw a particular scheme from the website or market.
