I understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Mrs. Queen of India Contest. I further agree to strictly honor the terms and conditions of this agreement and understand that any violation of the same will call for immediate disqualification. I hereby release and discharge Mrs. Queen of India organizers, its successors, and persons, officers, authorized representatives, and individuals connected with it from any responsibility, liability or accountability of any kind whatsoever in connection with this pageant. The participant agrees to indemnify and compensate “Mrs. Queen of India” organizers for any claim, loss, expenses, damage, etc. that may be suffered by them as a consequence of any act of commission or omission. I also certify that the information presented in this form is correct and true to the best of my knowledge and nothing has been concealed. I also understand that the organizers reserve all rights pertaining to this pageant and their decision shall be final and binding on me. “I accept the above terms and conditions and I will be abiding by all the Rules & Conditions appended. I understand that I will be disqualified in case any rule or regulation given is not obeyed.”
